主料
鮮鴨胸Fresh Duck Breast :適量輔料
黑椒Black Pepper :適量具體步驟
1. 將鮮鴨胸用胡椒和鹽等調味料淹制5小時。Soak the fresh duck breast in pepper and salt for 5 hours.
2. 然後放入120°的烤箱中焗熟。Braise the duck breast in oven at 120°.
3. 蘆筍炒好後放入盤中,把焗好的鴨胸切成片放在蘆筍上面。Stir-fried the asparagus, and put the sliced duck breaston the top.
4. 最後淋上調好味的醬汁即成。To flavor with sauce.
