銀鱈魚Cod fish :適量輔料
具體步驟
1. 先把青蔥切成塊,控幹青蔥水分後文火慢炒。Sautéed the leek once release all the water.
2. 倒入奶油並加熱,待稠化後加入帕爾瑪幹乳酪,然後將煎好的鱈魚置於其上。Add cream and reduce it, then add parmesan. Pan sear the cod fish, and add it on the top of mixture.
3. 配上提前熬好的紅酒汁。Serve with red wine sauce that previously reduced.
