MINI pistachio cake如何做簡單又美味

主料

Pistachios ：125 g
Butter ：140 g
Powdered sugar ：160 g
Flour ：90 g
Powdered almonds ：140 g
Eggs ：2

輔料

具體步驟

1. Finely chop the pistachios. In a large bowl, blend the pistachios with the powdered almonds, flour and powdered sugar and add the melted butter and eggs.

2. Blend until the batter is smooth then pour it into the moulds and bake in a preheated oven at 180o C for 15 minutes.
