Quark cheese or spreadable cheese ：170 g
Sugar ：40 g
Flour ：20 g
Grated peel from ：1/2 lemon
Vanilla bean ：1/2

1. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar. Melt the butter with the cheese and blendwell.

2. Add the flour and flavouring and pour into the moulds. Bake at 100o C for 40 minutes.
