野生靈芝Glossy Ganoderma :適量輔料
具體步驟
1. 將野生靈芝、老雞和豬肉切成小片。Slice the glossyganoderma, free-range chicken and pork.
2. 將乾魚翅浸泡12個小時,再用姜蒜煲軟後備用。Soak thedry fish maw in water for 12 hours, and stew together withgarlic and chives until it turns soft.
3. 將豬肉和老雞放入沸水中煮2分鐘後放入盅內。Addpork and free-range chicken to boiling water and boil for 2minutes, then put into an earthen pot.
4. 加入蒸餾水燉6小時。Simmer for 6 hours in distilled water.
5. 花膠在起用前2小時放入湯內。Add fish maw in earthenpot 2 hours in advance before ready.
