燕窩Bird’s Nest :適量輔料
豬油Lard :適量具體步驟
1. 把燕窩在冷水中浸泡整晚,然後用沸水煮3分鐘關火,待水冷卻後把燕窩用糖水小煮即成。Soak the bird’s nest in cold water for whole night, then boil for 3 minutes.
2. 混合麵粉和油,製成蛋撻皮。Mix the flour and oil, and make the crust.
3. 用雞蛋和糖水打勻成蛋撻水。Mix and stir the egg and sugar water.
4. 把蛋撻水烤10分鐘,出爐後放上燕窩即成。Bake the egg-tart for 10 minutes and add Bird's Nest on the top.
