1. 將龍蝦剝皮後取出肉切塊。Take out the meat from lobsterand cut into small pieces.
2. 將蘆筍、白菜和雲耳略炒入味備用。Stir-fry the asparagus,cabbage and white fungus.
3. 龍蝦球過熱油,然後把全部原料一起放入鍋中翻炒,最後調味即成。Deep fry the lobster first, and then add the above ingredients.
